Walk or ride the bikes to The Boathouse Tiki and Beach, The Tiki at Dolphin Key (World's largest tiki hut), and The Monkey Bar. It has a DOCK FOR YOUR BOAT or take advantage of our rental program and is on a wide canal, just minutes from the Caloosahatchee River, then direct to the Gulf of Mexico. Swim in your private heated pool or go boating/fishing. Southeast Cape Coral is full of unique dining, shopping, & ecotourism/parks.

Walk in and you will see the unmatched view and indoor/outdoor living. The three bedrooms have been custom outfitted in brand new beach themed furniture and décor. Two baths are brand new as well, and will be stocked for your convenience. A brand new sectional and 55 inch flat screen complete the living room. Dine inside at our 6 man wine themed dining area, or take in the view and dine on the lanai at our 6 man poolside table with flat screen TV. The pool just under went a massive renovation and is heated and ready for you to enjoy. Take a dip in the hot tub or fish off of our dock. At sunset, we have spent many evening watching the dolphins play at the base of the canal. After a day at the beach, relax in the new hot tub on the lanai. We have a Tommy Bahama bike for the guys and girls cruiser for the ladies. Ride our bikes to the beaches, restaurants, and Publix grocery store. Not included in most rentals but included in ours are custom hotel robes, bikes, & hot tub. Come to play or just relax at Serenity FL Garden.

Take advantage of our boat rental program through our private captain. No need to worry about picking up/dropping off or arranging a boat rental. The standard boat is a 20ft Hurricane (larger boats are available) that is great for hitting some local spots on the water or the beaches.
