Come stay and play at our home away from home - Serenity Riverside at Mikado. This newly renovated home is convenient to all the local attractions, yet is situated in a quiet, secure neighborhood in South East Cape Coral on a cul-de-sac. It is in the coveted Yacht Club neighborhood and is located South of Cape Coral Parkway, minutes from the CAPE CORAL BEACH. Southeast Cape Coral is full of unique dining, shopping, & ecotourism/parks.
Relax, have fun, and unwind. Swim in your private heated pool or go boating/fishing. Walk in and you will see the unmatched view and indoor/outdoor living. The three bedrooms have been custom outfitted in brand new beach themed furniture and décor. Two baths are brand new as well, and will be stocked for your convenience. A brand new sectional and 55 inch flat screen complete the living room. Dine inside or take in the view and dine on the lanai at our 6 man poolside table with flat screen TV. The pool just under went a massive renovation and is heated to 80 degrees free of charge and ready for you to enjoy. At sunset, we have spent many evening watching the dolphins play at the base of the canal. After a day at the beach, relax in the new HOT TUB on the lanai. We Provide two adult bikes, so you can enjoy a riding our bikes to the beach, bars, restaurants, & grocery store. Come to play or just relax at Serenity Florida Riverside.

Boat rental program. No need to pick up a boat or visit a marina. We will have the boat at the dock waiting for you. The standard boat is a 20ft Hurricane deck boat and is an extra cost on top of published rates. Boat may need to be docked at an alternate location in low winter tide times. A week in paradise!!
The kids, dogs and I LOVED staying at this home. It was not only clean, but it was warm and inviting. The neighborhood is safe and beautiful. The location is superb. It's quiet but still a short drive from Ft. Myers beach, Lovers Key, Sanibel and Captiva.
Every little thing we could have needed was there including paper towels, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tabs, toilet paper, etc! This is the first vacation home I've stayed in that didn't just include a tiny supply, if any. Literally it's all there including a beautiful view, comfy beds and a fully stocked kitchen.
Let me put it this way, the kids and I cried when we pulled away Sunday morning. A week here isn't long enough!
It was such a plus that we were able to bring our furry children too. Another reason we never wanted to leave, everyone we loved was already there. Thank you, Maggie!

Relaxing
We had a wonderful relaxing time, house was amazing and in perfect location, close to everything you could need or want!
We enjoyed the pool it was absolutely wonderful it was perfect temperature everyday we also love that there was a dock. Owner checked in to make sure everything was good and it was.

Great location!
We enjoyed the screened in swimming pool and hot tub! The house was close to beach and restaurants. We took the option of renting a boat and used the dock on canal that was close to the main channel. Enjoyed the water activities.

Awesome vacation home!
This home had everything we could want. The pool is a rather large pool with both a deep and shallow end and hot tub was perfect. We had a boat delivered to the dock and went out sightseeing from the boat. Maggie had everything organized for the perfect stay. It is a very quiet neighborhood, perfect for relaxing. We will stay here again if in town!

Amazing house, everything you need!
Sadly On our way home from a fantastic week at this house! The only thing that could have made it better was the weather but that’s Fl weather for ya! The house is amazing and everyone in my family was very pleased! Maggie is super responsive and as helpful as can be even when it has nothing to do with her or the house! Beautiful pool on a picturesque canal
We absolutely loved the heated pool and being able to dock our boat right at the house was amazing. The canal is beautiful and the house is clean, very nicely decorated and well stocked. We had a great relaxing vacation and we were able to bring our little Yorkie who loves vacationing as much as we do! 🤣 When we weren’t boating or swimming we took day trips to Matlacha, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel and Captiva, each only about a 30 minute drive. The nearby restaurants are absolutely fabulous. Shopping is very close by. Really a great location. We stayed for 10 days and it wasn’t long enough! Maggie checked in with us to make sure all was well. Would definitely love to visit again!

Exactly what we wanted
What a fantastic property in a perfectly quiet neighborhood !!! My wife and
I live in the FL Keys and we were looking for a great place to spend a week with our adult son and his girlfriend. This was the perfect place!! Well equipped with more amenities than you’ll typically find with a Vrbo. Close to Ft Myers and Sanibel beaches this place has it all. Local restaurants without the vacation prices and a great outdoor area for the days you want to skip the beach. Very affordable for a family vacation and Maggie is awesome. I just hope no one reads my review so I can book again next year

Sweet place!
The best thing about this place is the pool! Such a large and great pool that was heated perfect temp! We used the outdoor space more than anything with the pool and the table and 6 chairs - although the house itself is nice. My husband would wake up and go right out the slider door from the master bedroom right into the pool! The location was good and being on the canal was interesting. Even though the house itself is not exceptionally large - having that outdoor space expands your living quarters double. We would definitely stay here again - Maggie was exceptionally nice and helpful-responding quickly to any questions I had. We tried to reserve an extra night but it was already booked - no surprise! One of our favorite places in our travels!
