Serenity Sands Cape Coral is a luxury vacation home that feels more like your own private resort, with a new Tritoon boat, 2 kayaks, hot tub, pool, and bikes included. This newly renovated home is convenient to all the local attractions, yet is situated in a quiet secure neighborhood in South West Cape Coral. It is in the coveted Cape Harbour neighborhood and is located South of Cape Coral Parkway, minutes from Cape Harbour, Tarpon Point, Matlacha, and the beach. You can't get a better location, complete with palm tree lined streets and biking paths.
It is on a wide sailboat channel (no bridges), minutes from the Caloosahatchee River, then direct to the Gulf of Mexico. The fishing off of the dock is great, and we provide 2 fishing poles and a tackle box. After a day of fishing or boating, relax in the private heated pool or use the hot tub. If you want to take in the town, Cape Coral is full of unique dining, shopping, & ecotourism/parks. The number one marina, dining, and shopping center (Cape Harbour) is a bike ride away from the home.
Walk in and you will see the unmatched view and indoor/outdoor living. The three bedrooms have been custom outfitted in brand new beach themed furniture and décor. Two baths are brand new as well, and will be stocked for your convenience. There are two living rooms, both complete with brand new sofas and 55" flatscreens and premium cable. Dine inside at our 9 person dining area, or take in the view and dine on the lanai at our 10 person poolside dining area with flat screen TV. The saltwater pool is heated and ready for you to enjoy. After a day at the beach, relax in the hot tub on the lanai. We have a custom bike for the guys and girls cruiser for the ladies. Ride our bikes to the beaches, Cape Harbour, and Publix grocery store.

-Second living room includes a brand new queen size sofa sleeper with all linens and 55" flatscreen with premium cable.

Everything we hoped for!
This home is beautiful and spotless and the location is perfect! The owners thought of everything! The canal was really amazing and the pool and lanai are really nice. We used the bikes and kayaks and floated in the pool. The beds were comfy and the towels thick. Lots of great restaurants nearby too.
It was also great being able to bring our dog who loved it! He got to watch the fish jumping in the canal which fascinated him.
It was a very relaxing time. Can’t wait to come again!

Needed trip
This location had everything needed for a wonderful relaxing week. It’s close enough to the beach where you still get to have your beach days. But if you want to relax at home you have a nice pool to keep the kids occupied.

We loved it!
We enjoyed our stay in Cape Coral in this beautiful vacation home. We are a family of eight people and there was more than enough space for everyone. Maggie was a great host and a great communicator. She responded to all of our needs and questions. We rented a boat, drove it to a few beaches around the area including Sanibel Island. We got the boat from Captain John and Bob, whom Maggie recommended, and we had a great experience with them. We also did some succesful fishing at Matlacha Bridge and the Naples fishing pier. Thanks for great vacation!!

Had a great time even though Elsa joined us for 2 days. The location is excellent and central to all the activities in the area. The kids really enjoyed the saltwater pool and taking the boat to Captiva and anchoring off the beach to swim
